ربع جرام رواية مصرية حقيقة، للكاتب عصام يوسف تدور أحداث الرواية حول مجموعة من الأصدقاء بدأوا بتعاطي المخدرات في سن صغيرة ولكن تحول بهم الأمر إلى حد الإدمان وتنتهي حياة كل منهم إما بالموت أو بمحاولات للعلاج ثم الإنتكاسه مره أخرى إلا بطل الرواية (صلاح) الذي يدخل المستشفي للعلاج ويتعافي بالفعل بعد معاناة شديده مع الإدمان وإلحاق الضرر النفسي والمادى بكل من حوله.
