حلويات الدنيا.. مصر بقلم نيفين سليم … « فى حياتنا أمثال شعبية وعبارات دارجة على ألستنا طوال الوقت، وأصبحنا نقولها بشكل تلقائي، للتعبير عن موقف معين نمر به أو حالة نفسية نعيشها (لكن عمرنا ما فكرنا أصلها بدأ إزاى، و لا معناها إيه؟). ومن هنا جاءت فكرة “حلويات الدنيا، مصر”، هناك حكايات قد تفاجئك أو تبهرك أو ربما تجعلك تكتشف أنك طوال عمرك (بتقولها غلط)، لكن الأكيد أنك ستعرف معلومات لأول مرة تسمع بها..»  

وفيما كان حد السكين يغوص في رقبة الخروف، راح مختار ولد أختي يفرد فرخ ورق سميكًا – من ورق اللحمة الذي اشتريناه لنلف فيه الأنصبة – فوق رقبة الخروف ليمنع نافورة الدم من الوصول إلى وجوهنا. أما أنا فقد ثبتُّ عيني على رسغ اليد اليسرى للجزار وهو يعيد ترديد الشهادتين عدة مرات ليريحني ويرضيني، فرأيت رسمًا دقيقًا باللون الأخضر الغامق مدقوقًا في رسغ الجزار؛ حينئذٍ داخَلني شعور فائق بنشوة عظيمة لا أستطيع وصفها على الإطلاق، وقد امتلأ سمعي بما يشبه زغاريد مدوية تجلجل في سماء الكون بغير انقطاع.
